A short walk to the forest and to the city

The house is located on Přátelství Street in Havířov-Bludovice — in an area where you have a view of the forest while still enjoying easy access to the city centre.

The surroundings consist mainly of family houses and greenery. No housing estates, no heavy traffic.
It feels like a village, but with all the advantages of the city.

You can reach the centre of Havířov by car in 10 minutes and Ostrava’s Karolina in 20.
Both the primary school and the grammar school are within walking distance, so your children can manage their daily routine without your taxi service or stress.

The house shares an entrance and a private access road with the neighbouring semi-detached house. The property is secured by an electric gate, so no strangers will be walking past your windows.

A home where the family stays together

The house is designed so you can spend time together while still having your own personal space.
On the ground floor, the living room, dining area, and kitchen are connected. So while you’re cooking, the kids are playing, and someone is enjoying a coffee, you all stay in touch.

We made sure the dining area is large enough to host extended family or friends. From the dining table you have a direct view of the garden and greenery, which creates a calming atmosphere. Between the living room and the terrace are doors leading outside, so in summer life naturally moves outdoors — to seating, children’s play, or evening wine.
In the living room, there is a bioethanol fireplace that creates a warm and cosy atmosphere in winter.

The upstairs rooms are designed to ensure privacy and minimize noise between family members. The children’s rooms are on one side, the parents’ bedroom on the other, with a bathroom in between. The bedroom is truly generous in size — you can easily set up a walk-in wardrobe, a small home office, or a nursing corner with a crib, depending on the stage of life you’re in.

The ground floor has easy-to-clean flooring — large-format tiles and laminate.
Upstairs and on the wooden staircase, there is soft carpet, so your first morning step after waking up is always pleasant.
There is also storage space under the stairs for seasonal items, cleaning supplies, or children’s treasures.

Na vytápěný bazén se slanou vodou nebylo za 5 let potřeba ani sáhnout. Je prakticky bezúdržbový.

High-quality equipment for savings and comfort

The house is brick-built and insulated. The high-quality construction ensures minimal heat loss and a comfortable temperature throughout the year.

Heating and hot water are provided by a heat pump. Heat is distributed through underfloor heating across the entire house — no radiators, just pleasantly even warmth from the floor. In summer, the heat pump can be switched to cooling mode.
For comfort in every season, all windows are equipped with electric blinds with remote control, ensuring privacy and thermal stability.

For complete security, the house is fitted with a Jablotron security system.

A spacious kitchen for family cooking and creating

The kitchen is large, bright, and truly spacious — designed to make both cooking and everyday life comfortable. The U-shaped layout gives you plenty of space for appliances as well as for cooking together.

Creating meals with curious children here is a completely different experience compared to a typical apartment kitchen. A learning tower won’t get in the way in such a generous space. So while the children learn to cut out cookies, you’ll still have plenty of room to cook dinner, tidy up the dishes, or unpack groceries.

You’ll find a high-quality granite sink and Philco appliances: a ceramic cooktop, extractor hood, built-in oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, and dishwasher. Everything runs on electricity and is ready for immediate use.

The kitchen also overlooks the garden, so even in summer when everyone is outside, you’ll always have a clear view of what’s happening.

A garden for relaxation and playfulness

The house has its own garden of 295 m². It’s spacious enough for relaxing, gardening, and everyday living.

From the paved terrace, you have a view of the forest, so you can enjoy a coffee, open a book, or simply sit and take in the almost village-like atmosphere. If you enjoy movement and family activities, there’s room for a small pool, trampoline, or a children’s playground. And if you love gardening, there’s still space for flowerbeds or even a small greenhouse.

The garden will be separated from your neighbours by a green belt of young trees, which will gradually grow into a natural screen. This will give you plenty of privacy.

Move in with no worries

Moving house is usually demanding. That’s why we wanted to make it as simple as possible for you. Just bring your clothes, your toothbrushes — and you can start living.

The house is fully equipped — including lighting and furniture on the ground floor. We intentionally left the upstairs unfurnished so you can arrange the space to your own taste. As a gift, you will receive a voucher worth CZK 80,000 for the Havířov-based company Luceda, where you can choose furniture they have in stock. Luceda will deliver it, assemble it, and set it up for you.

Dům je nízkoenergetický

Dům jsme si nechali navrhnout tak, aby byl energeticky co nejméně náročný. Elektřinu získává ze slunce, teplo z tepelného čerpadla vzduch/voda. Dům je zateplený a využívaný opravdu naplno.

V pěti lidech jsme měli spotřebu 15 MW/rok. S malými dětmi jsme si přitom rádi dopřávali teplíčko. Bazén jsme běžně využívali od března do září. A ve vyhřívané garáži jsme dobíjeli svůj elektromobil.

Naše měsíční zálohy na elektřinu jsou přitom do 5 000 Kč měsíčně.
